Leah Remini and Angelo Pagan divorce: Inside their assets and how split will affect their $25M net worth

Leah Remini and her husband Angelo Pagan are getting divorced after 21 years of marriage. What will happen to their fortune?

Pagan, an actor and restaurateur who runs a popular Los Angeles brunch spot with Remini’s stepfather, has an estimated net worth of $25 million.

Meanwhile, Remini starred in the hit sitcom The King Of Queens from 1998 to 2007, reportedly earning nearly $400,000 per episode in the final two seasons.

It is not yet known whether Remini and Pagan have signed a prenuptial agreement. The question is how their assets will be divided.

Remini and Pagan jointly announced their amicable separation on Thursday, just a week after her girlfriend Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from Ben Affleck.

The couple first met in 1996, two years before she landed her starring role in the long-running sitcom The King Of Queens opposite Kevin James.

In 2003, they celebrated a Scientologist wedding in Las Vegas, ten years before they left the Church of Scientology along with Remini’s mother.

The year they got married, Remini bought a mansion in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles, for which he reportedly paid $3,750,000, via In contact.

Remini first tried to sell the property in 2023, shortly after she and Pagan’s daughter Sofia, 20, left for college, with an asking price of $12,499,000.

After failing to find a buyer, she lowered the price twice over the course of 2023, but still struggled to sell the home.

Studio City is known as an enclave for Hollywood professionals and under the leadership of Pagan and Marshall, the restaurant has become a regular meeting place for them.

As for acting, it is currently unknown how much Remini receives in residual payments from reruns of her popular series The King Of Queens, which ran for nine seasons.

Before season eight, Remini successfully negotiated a tripling of her salary, bringing her close to the salary of James, who was making more than $400,000 per episode, according to Variety.

Since the series ended in 2007, Remini has appeared in a number of films, including the comedy Second Act, in which she co-starred with her good friend Jennifer Lopez.

She has also released a best-selling book, Troublemaker, and a number of documentaries in which she strongly criticizes the Church of Scientology.

Remini and James reunited on the small screen for the sitcom Kevin Can Wait, which was canceled by CBS in 2018 after just two seasons.

Pagan is also an actor and appeared in the 2001 thriller Swordfish, among others. He also had a recurring guest role in The King Of Queens.

The couple starred in the TLC reality show Leah Remini: It’s All Relative for two seasons, along with Remini’s mother Vicki, sister Shannon and stepfather George.
