Jade Pywell and her TV husband Ridge Barredo have spoken candidly about their future together and it seems there are plans for a baby.
In an exclusive chat with Ny Breaking Australia, the Married At First Sight couple, who recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary, revealed plans to start a family.
When asked about their sex life, Ridge immediately responded negatively.
“You may go…” he began, before firing the question off with a brute force. “Yes, Deece,” he added jokingly.
“But she’s not pregnant yet, and that’s a bit annoying,” he joked with a laugh.
“And she has a ring on her finger and everything. But apparently not. It has to be a different one,” he added, hinting at Jade’s desire for a more official engagement before they start trying for a baby.
When asked if they had discussed the idea of having children together, Ridge explained that Jade wanted to get married before having kids.
“She said yes to the next person I was going to marry or get engaged to,” he revealed.

Jade, who already has a daughter from a previous relationship, Victoria, was also clear about her plans.
“So yes, obviously I want two children that are close in age. I’ve always wanted two that are very close in age,” she explained.
“But I want a ring first. I want to be engaged before I think about children. I’m not changing my mind,” she added.
“She’s not pregnant yet… which is a little annoying,” Ridge joked, laughing. “And she’s got a ring on her finger and everything. But apparently not. It’s got to be someone else,” he added.
This came after Ridge shared an adorable video of himself and his ‘wife’ celebrating the move to Jade’s hometown on the Gold Coast.
Ny Breaking Australia revealed in May that Ridge had quit his job as a psychiatric nurse in NSW and moved to live with his TV bride.
A few days later, the MAFS burglar officially shared the news on Instagram with his 111,000 followers, posting an adorable video of himself and Jade.
The footage shows Ridge and Jade bonding as he lifts her up and kisses her in the kitchen of their new shared home on the Gold Coast.
In the caption, Ridge raved about his girlfriend and her daughter Victoria, sharing how excited he was to move into their home.
He wrote: ‘We really went from “can’t wait to see you next time” to “see you at home”. After 6 months I finally made the transition to GC to be with my girl.
‘It wasn’t the easiest road, with all the elevation changes and all, but we made it.
‘I’m finally settled in here and I’m so happy that we can continue to grow in our lives together with little V #lovewins.’
Jade, who already has a daughter named Victoria from a previous relationship, said she would like to get married or engaged before having another child (Jade and Ridge pictured with her daughter Victoria)
