The 49-year-old former footballer shocked fans when he posted a photo showing off his gruelling workout routine, plus his reason for choosing sportswear – or not.
David showed off his muscular body during a weight set, captured on camera wearing an orange T-shirt tucked into his shorts.
He captioned the post: ‘My wife said my orange vest was too bright so I took it off because I was judging my workout clothes @victoriabeckham you know you love it so much @mrbobbyrich this wasn’t my best form this was the 6th set.’
Fans raved about David’s muscular body and many thanked Victoria, a famous fashion designer, for her fashion advice.

It comes after the son of David Romeo to beat him at a game of padel.
Romeo, 21, took to Instagram earlier this month to celebrate his victory, sharing a snap of David laughing and looking defeated in the background.

Padel is a racket sport, similar to tennis. It is played in pairs on small, indoor courts and first became popular in Mexico in the 1960s.
The intense sport was undoubtedly ideal for the tennis star who competed directly against David and Romeo.
The trio posted an Instagram page sharing the results of their grueling competitions.
Showing off his win, the second son of David and Victoria Beckham wrote: “Don’t think there’s a better feeling than beating your dad,” adding a strong arm and laughing emoji while tagging his footballer dad.
But the former England player didn’t seem to take his loss too seriously as he reposted the photo of Romeo and added his own caption: ‘Had to let you win at least one game’
