Jennifer Lopez has officially filed for divorce from Ben Affleck, after months of divorce rumors.
The On The Floor hitmaker filed for divorce without a lawyer on Tuesday, August 20, the same day as their second wedding anniversary.
Lopez, who was recently seen wearing her wedding ring, has reportedly been arrested for her injuries, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ,
Sources told the outlet that Lopez and Affleck did not sign a prenuptial agreement when they legally married in July 2022.
Because no prenuptial agreement has been entered into, Jennifer and Ben’s individual income from the past two years is now joint property.
Jennifer is not requesting alimony and documents show she has asked the judge to deny it for Ben as well.
