This project is an activity as part of part of the strategic priority 3, growing gaps in health and wellbeing and
enabler 3 on community engagement and accountability.

Project objectives.
The consultant will provide technical support to the regional and the ESAR countries in the following areas:

• Establish/maintain country level interagency community feedback mechanisms
• Support social science and community feedback integration
• Support data collection tools development at regional level
• Analyzing data and generating data visualization
• Capacity strengthening and coaching for country data specialists and RCCE programme staff.
• Support all IM activity.

Desired outcomes.
Contribute to the Collective Service Eastern and Southern Africa team regional work by supporting countries
through the national RCCE platforms, the Ministry of Health, and the regional Technical Working Group.

This will include data tools and processes for the community feedback mechanisms, social science, 4Ws.
