The big names from Australia’s television industry swapped their traditional formalwear for smart leather and lace as they stormed the Logie Awards in Sydney on Sunday afternoon.

Despite the strict black tie dress code, the stars showed off their fantastic figures in a dazzling show of gemstones, thigh-high slits, cut-out corsets and plunging necklines.

The bold carpet is a reflection of the changing attitude towards ‘stiff’ dress codes in recent times. A similar trend can be seen at the Spring Racing Carnival, sports medal events and the Arias.
