Kenyan socialite and entrepreneur Huddah Monroe has reacted to Mumias East Member of Parliament (MP) Peter Salasya gushing over her.
Taking to her Instastories, Huddah sarcastically insinuated that Salasya’s advances were influenced by the m*******a from Busia County.
“Naona bangi za Busia Zilimuonyesha mimi, (I see m*******a from Busia showed him me),” she said.
On Thursday, August 9, 2024, Salasya showed interest in her while praising the socialite for supporting Generation Z’s anti-government countrywide protests.
According to Salasya, Huddah’s solidarity towards Gen Z’s demos is something commendable.
Huddah on Demos
On July 30, 2024, the businesswoman emphasised the need for unity behind a single cause, urging the anti-government protesters to maintain a clear plan.
She added that the protestors’ plan should be maintained and followed to the letter.
“A single plan is important. If it’s #RUTOMUSTGO that should be the new national anthem. Until done, then move to others,” she stated.
Huddah highlighted the effectiveness of past movements like #OccupyParliament, which she credited to having specific goals and coordinated efforts.
She further urged the protesters to come up with directives for the next demonstration.
