Job Description

We are seeking a Podcast Producer who will be responsible for the planning and production of engaging and informative content on all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop podcast concepts and secure guests.
• Record, edit, and publish podcast episodes.
• Podcast Optimization and Promotion.
• Optimize episodes for search and discoverability. 
• Promote podcast across digital platforms.
• Analyze listener data and improve content.
• Stay updated on podcasting industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in audio production or digital media are a plus.
• Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools).
• Strong understanding of podcasting best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
