At Ricci Italian Restaurant and Crudo Bar in Gaysorn Village, you don’t just get the best of both worlds—you get it all: authentic Italian cuisine, the freshest seafood, and a lively bar experience that ties it all together.

Located next to the exclusive One11 Club, Ricci offers top-quality dishes in a relaxed yet upscale setting, making it perfect for a cosy date night or catching up with friends.

Walking into Ricci, you immediately notice the thoughtful details. The standout feature is the stunning wall art of a golden fish surrounded by a school of smaller fish, symbolising abundance and the restaurant’s dedication to premium seafood.

Intricate designs in the interior.

This centrepiece, combined with the warm lighting and leather seating, creates a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for an intimate dinner with your loved ones or a laid-back evening with friends.

The menu is a true celebration of seafood! The Crudo Bar sets the stage with fresh, photogenic dishes. My top picks? The oyster paired with Sicilian red prawn and Baeri caviar—a delicate bite bursting with flavour—and the Bluefin tuna carpaccio, where the tuna’s richness is perfectly complemented by extra virgin olive oil, sea urchin, and lime.

For starters, the Vitello Tonnato is a solid choice. The veal is thinly sliced and paired with a creamy tuna sauce, pickled vegetables, and Sicilian capers for a mix of textures and bold flavours. The Spaghetti Ricci tossed with sea urchins, garlic, and a touch of chilli, delivers a satisfying umami punch.

But if you’re ordering just one main, make it the Mediterranean Seabass—this is my personal favourite! Grilled to perfection, the seabass has a crisp char and tender flesh with a beautifully balanced citrusy and salty flavour. Served with olive oil, lemon dressing, sautéed baby spinach, and endive, this dish is an absolute standout.

Ricci isn’t just about the food—it’s about the experience. The Crudo Bar offers an array of fresh seafood dishes prepared with creative Italian flair, but what truly elevates the evening is its innovative drinks menu, inspired by the gods themselves.

The standout cocktail? RICCI. Made with Ciroc vodka, Lillete Blanc, and Green Grape Cordial, it’s not just a drink but an experience. With its creamy texture, floral notes, and slightly tart finish, every sip feels divine. Plus, it’s as photogenic as it is delicious—a must-try for cocktail lovers.

Wrap up your meal with the Rum Baba. Light, indulgent, and paired with fresh mixed berries, it’s a sweet way to finish without being overly heavy.

If you’re planning to visit between December 1 and January 2, 2025, don’t miss the five-course tasting set menu starting at 5,000 baht per person. It features dishes like Japanese bluefin tuna, Sicilian red prawns, and a decadent pannacotta. It’s the perfect way to elevate your festive dining experience!
