Dune: Awakening, a survival game based on Frank Herbert’s classic sci-fi novel, which had a hit adaptation starring Timothée Chalamet, has arrived, and there are freebies to redeem with codes.
While the new Dune game is all about surviving Arrakis’s heat, avoiding sandworms, and fighting Sardaukar soldiers, it’s an MMO game after all, so customizing your character’s appearance and gear is a big part of it. Luckily, the developer is already offering a free skin through a redeemable code.
Active codes in Dune: Awakening
There is currently one active code in Dune Awakening that you can redeem, which has been verified to be active in-game as of June 11, 2025:

Frameblade Kindjal knife kin |
Redeeming the code above will give you the Frameblade skin for the Kindjal knife, as shown in the image above. It was originally given out to those who played the Character Creator and Benchmark Mode in the beta, but it’s a universal skin, so anyone can claim it.
The devs haven’t said whether the code will expire, but it’s better to redeem it as soon as possible − just in case.
How to redeem codes
- Head to the Dune Awakening account page.
- Sign in to Steam to link your accounts.
- Click ‘Redeem Key.’
- Paste the key from the table above into the box.
- Hit ‘Continue,’ then ‘Confirm.’
Make sure that you’re copying and pasting the code as-is when entering it, because Dune: Awakening codes are case-sensitive.
Lastly, you’ll need to have purchased the game to be able to fully connect your accounts and redeem cosmetics.
Where to find cosmetics in-game
To find your cosmetics in-game, open up the menu, then scroll over to the Customization tab. To find the Frameblade skin specifically, head to Melee Weapons and then find the Kindjal, and you can apply the skin.
