A Trump voter clashed with polling places in Michigan after refusing to remove her MAGA hat.
Michelle Gregoire claims she was “attacked” Tuesday while trying to cast her vote in Battle Creek, Battleground State.
Polling booth staff said they asked her to remove her “party or designation,” referring to the bright red headgear.
Gregoire shared footage of part of the heated argument, in which she repeatedly tries to bypass the staff member to vote.
‘Let me cast my vote, sir, you cannot touch me. Stop touching me like that,” she tells him.

The pollster responds by repeating, “Take off your hat,” as she continues to demand that he not touch her.
As she waves her hand in front of the camera, the poll worker tries to grab her ballot.
‘Hi!’ She shouts: ‘This man refuses to let me cast my vote.’
“This lady refuses to resign from her party or appointment,” the employee responds.
Gregoire responds that her hat does not constitute endorsement of any party or appointment.
“Actually, I’m a registered libertarian, so fuck off,” she replies before walking to the polls and casting her vote.
Footage taken outside the polling station shows two men, whom Gregoire identified as police, telling her that they cannot arrest the man because it would disrupt the conduct of the election.
“The report is prepared immediately, notices are made to the command when it comes to people in charge of polling stations.

Gregoire repeatedly warned staff not to touch her ‘again’ before she could successfully cast her vote
“It is not being swept under the carpet, it is not being ignored, but because it could further disrupt the election process, we cannot arrest him today,” an officer said.
“I think attacking people would disrupt things, you know what I mean?” Gregory answers.
Michigan voters are not allowed to wear anything election- or campaign-related when casting their ballots.
The mother later confirmed that she could vote. The page on X shows overwhelming support for Trump.
‘I voted! But unfortunately, I was denied my sticker,” Gregoire wrote.
“Don’t let them hold you back America. Fight against censorship. Fight against fascism. Fight the state.”
Millions of Americans will head to the polls in what will be one of the closest presidential elections in American history.
Voters will choose between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, two candidates with completely different visions of America.
The polls could not be tighter as an unprecedented campaign that included two assassination attempts and the withdrawal of a candidate comes to an end.
