Tammy Hembrow underwent surgery after being hospitalized for an unknown condition.
The 30-year-old fitness influencer posted a disturbing photo to Instagram on Wednesday showing herself lying in a hospital bed.
She did not indicate what the procedure was intended for.
“I just had surgery. I will post a YouTube video about it when I’m a bit more recovered,” she wrote in the caption.
Shortly after, Tammy shared another photo to her Stories, showing a bouquet of red roses, Haribo Tangfasties lollipops, Oreos and a bottle of water, along with a handwritten note.
The note, written by Tammy’s fiancé Matt Zukowski, read: “I love you always and forever xox. Matthew.”
Tammy and former Love Island star Zukowski, 28, got engaged in December after just three months of dating and are set to tie the knot in November.
Above the image, Tammy wrote, “Coming home to this post-op man. I love this man,” followed by a happy crying emoji.

Tammy’s health scare comes just hours after the influencer shared more details about her extravagant wedding plans.
In a series of photos she posted on her profile, she looked glamorous in a white, figure-hugging dress.
She posed with her groom-to-be, who wore a white shirt that exposed his chest, as the couple kissed.
Shortly after, Tammy shared another photo to her Stories, which featured a bouquet of red roses, Haribo ‘Tangfasties’ lollipops, Oreos and a bottle of water, along with a handwritten note. The note, written by Tammy’s fiancé Matt Zukowski, read: ‘Love you always and forever xox Matthew’
Tammy also shared a photo with her sisters, Amy and Emilee, who wore tight black and mint green dresses respectively.
In one of the photos, the bride-to-be also shared a selection of food, including oysters, arancini and sandwiches.
In the caption of the post, the social media star wrote: ‘Wedding menu tasting.’
The influencer, who has been engaged twice but never married, also expressed her disbelief that her wedding would take place this year.
“I still can’t believe I’m a 2024 bride,” she wrote.
