Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that woman, Rhiannon, reacts to dropping dookie pants by Jalen Miller on social media.

Taking to social media, Jalen Miller, shared pictures of Rhiannon’s pants stained with feces, popularly known as shit in South Africa.

Rhiannon wrote: “I’ve stayed quiet for far too long, and honestly? I’m done.

This week I was sent a string of hateful, unprovoked messages from someone who hasn’t been part of my life in any real way for a long time. Messages from a second Facebook account, calling me a “disgrace,” saying I’m “dead” to them, and telling me never to contact them or my nan again—as if I’ve been the one reaching out in the first place. I haven’t.

This is what happens when you finally break free from toxic family dynamics. When you choose peace over chaos, healing over silence, and your child’s wellbeing over old cycles of dysfunction, the people who once controlled the narrative will lash out—because they hate losing power.

I’ve kept my distance. I’ve shown nothing but maturity. And still, this is what I get—abuse, gaslighting, and cowardly messages followed by an instant block. That isn’t love. That isn’t “family.” That’s emotional manipulation and generational toxicity, plain and simple.

I’ve been through enough. I will never apologise for cutting off people who make me feel small, broken, or like I’m the villain for simply protecting myself and my daughter. I’m proud of the life I’m building. I’m proud I had the courage to walk away.

If this post makes some people uncomfortable, then maybe they need to reflect on why. Because I’m no longer carrying shame that doesn’t belong to me.
