Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transition projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, scope-aligned, and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regions to ensure smooth transitions, effectively communicating with all organizational levels.
  • Analyze and assess current operational processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify risks, creating and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize operational impact during transitions.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, providing necessary training and support to teams.
  • Allocate and manage resources to ensure teams are equipped and supported throughout the transition process.
  • Track and report on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes, regularly updating senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of transition plans, processes, and outcomes for accessibility and continuity.

Qualifications

We invite applications from candidates with:

  • At least 7 years of experience managing large-scale IT applications and services within a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of fintech operations and mobile money services.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Transition Manager or similar role in fintech or banking.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in multi-cultural, geographically distributed teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational standards and procedures (e.g., ITIL) with a proven ability to drive continuous improvements in service operations.
