Ariana Madix recently went makeup-free when she appeared on stage after being praised by fans for her openness about her cosmetic surgeries.
The 39-year-old Vanderpump Rules star decided to show off her bare beauty and glowing skin on Tuesday while running an errand in Los Angeles.
During her outing, she wore a distressed, oversized T-shirt and light gray sweatpants with pink lettering on the side of one leg.
The reality TV personality, who was sued by the former chef of her and Katie Maloney’s sandwich shop Something About Her just one day after her ex Tom Sandoval’s shocking lawsuit, looked effortlessly stylish, even in a casual outfit.
She appeared to be in high spirits after wrapping up the final season as the new host of Love Island USA.

Madix paired her casual-chic ensemble with a choker necklace, adorned with glistening pearls and dazzling diamonds.
In addition to her statement piece, she wore a simple gold bracelet on her index finger, as well as a dainty chain bracelet and small hoop earrings.
For her outing, she wore her shoulder-length, platinum blonde bob in a straight hairstyle.
She looked radiant and glowing after being hailed by fans as a ‘transparent queen’ for being open about all the cosmetic procedures she had undergone.
She opens up to her fans, admitting the procedures she’s undergone and what surgery she’s considering in the future.
A few days earlier, she posted a comment on a video uploaded late last month by Instagram user @baileysbotox.
The same Instagram user who shared the initial post later praised Madix for being a “transparent queen” and not denying the procedures she’s undergone.
The content creator wrote: ‘Hollywood, take notes!!!’
The page featured ‘then’ and ‘now’ photos of Madix, as well as speculation about the procedures she’s had over the years, such as fillers and liposuction.
However, Ariana made it clear by writing under the film reel, “I’ll tell you what I got! You’re partially right.”

“Tox in 11’s, outer brow and my neck,” she added, referring to botox‘Ellevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor.’
Ellevate is known as a minimally invasive rejuvenation procedure that focuses on the neck and jawline.
The beauty continued: ‘Minimal lip filler because my face is too small to do much with it and filler in my chin.’
“Absolutely no filler anywhere else and no eyelid surgery yet ,” Ariana added, referring to another surgery called blepharoplasty — also known as an eyelid lift.
“I hope this helps! I’ll keep you posted if I do anything else,” the media personality concluded in her commentary.
In the caption of the video, the Instagram user had written: ‘Beautiful injectables have made their debut in the villa. Ariana continues to show the Love Island world how cosmetic work can preserve and enhance, not age and distort.’
“What does a good volume replacement with filler look like? This. Almost invisible, like she just hasn’t aged since her first season of VPR.”
“The apples of her cheeks remain full instead of flattening out over time. Her eyes appear rejuvenated and rested without puffiness or crowding,” the caption continued.

The page said the star also had lip fillers that were “noticeable” but “balanced with her other facial features.”
“She’s been open about her jawline contouring with minimally invasive liposuction. Again, it’s nearly invisible but it enhances her naturally softer jawline,” the Instagram user wrote, adding that Madix “has never looked better.”
Madix, who was sued by her ex Tom Sandoval for viewing explicit photos of Rachel Leviss on his phone, has also spoken openly about cosmetic surgery in the past.
In 2021, she responded to a fan comment on her Instagram Stories, which read, “You haven’t had Botox or any fillers.”
“Not true! I have NOT had botox or fillers. It’s been years since I’ve done anything,” she replied at the time.
Many people are not aware that [fillers] “They all last about 3 months. That means someone can try it and say, meh, not for me, and move on with no lasting effects. Your body metabolizes it.”
Ariana added: ‘I tried botox on camera [on Vanderpump Rules season 5] and it never aired. [I] I felt oppressive in my own face and it just wasn’t my thing.’

Madix has been busy, taking on presenting duties on the sixth season of Love Island USA, the finale of which aired last weekend on July 21.
During an interview with People Earlier this month, the beauty shared that “hosting this season has been absolutely amazing.”
‘From the very first night it felt magical, it felt like the energy was on fire.’
She also discussed watching the cast have conversations with each other, saying, “It’s like you can’t show everything, of course. But at the time, I really enjoyed those conversations and I enjoyed getting to know them in those moments.”
