Well today’s demonstrations has again led to some destruction of properties, but what surprised people is the arrest of nine allies of Azimio la Umoja, these nine Azimio Allies are believed to have been captured by the police who didn’t wear any uniform, and lawyer Danstan Omari believes that their rights were undermines.

Some people of the people who were arrested include member of parliament for Embakasi East Babu Owino, Raila Odinga’s spokesperson Dennis Onyango among others. Omari went to court to demand the release of these people.
He filed Habeas corpus, this is a fundamental right that protects a person from unlawful arrest and indefinite imprisonment. Omari said, “Their abduction is illegal and I want the court to compel the police to produce them. Continued detention and being held incommunicado is an affront to the Constitution. I want the court to protect the fundamental freedoms of the missing nine persons,”.

Zedekia Owade said,” He was able to do all this courtesy of the 2010 constitution. If only leaders could respect the constitution including right to Pickett!”, Wamba said, “Nothing hurts more than when you receive the last slap before being separated in a fight”,
Kavindu Mwangaza said, “The same law that allows to picket also allows so many other things”, Simon Mwangi said, “He can as well advice raila and his brigade on how to follow that constitution he purpote”, Arthur Mapenzi said, “They will be released tomorrow, today it was a drama day , the people analysed there movements , tomorrow don’t blame baba, Ogeta and others will be released unconditionally tena ASAP”.
