- Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluating and monitoring mergers to prevent anti-competitive practices.
- Enforcement and Compliance: Investigating violations of competition law to maintain market fairness.
- Consumer Protection: Ensuring products meet standards and addressing unfair trade practices.
- Buyer Power: Addressing cases where dominant buyers exploit suppliers or consumers.
- Legal Services: Providing legal guidance on the Authority’s operations.
