Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that 17-year-old teenager got crushed by moving bus while crossing the road after he snatched 71-year-old man phone on Domingos Rodrigues Street in Lapa neighborhood, west of São Paulo.
A 17-year-old teenager was killed after being run over by a bus just seconds after stealing a 71-year-old man’s cell phone. The incident occurred last Friday (19) in the Lapa neighborhood, west of São Paulo.
In the images recorded by a security camera, it is possible to see the elderly man walking down the street with his cell phone to his ear when the teenager quickly grabs the device and runs away with the phone in his hands.
However, at the time of his escape, the teenager did not notice that a bus was passing on Domingos Rodrigues Street. The young man ended up being hit by the bus and was dragged by the vehicle.
According to information from the Public Security Department, the teenager was rescued and taken to the Brasilândia Hospital, but did not survive and died.
The case was registered at the 91st Police Precinct (Ceasa), which requested expert analysis and tests from the IML. SPTrans says that the bus that hit the teenager, from the Santa Brígida bus company, was on route 8043/10 (Conjunto Habitacional Turística/Lapa).
