We are the only accredited institution in Kenya for international and professional French language certification and certified translation services. Position: Client Support Officer
Location: Alliance Française, Nairobi
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Grade: 2+ (64,746 KSH per month)
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Support Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our students and clients, ensuring they have a positive and supportive experience with Alliance Française. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and providing courteous service across various communication channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving client complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of our courses, services, and cultural programs to answer client questions accurately and provide relevant information.
- Keeping detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure a smooth and organized client service process.
- Collaborating with colleagues in the Classes Department and other departments as needed to provide seamless service.
- Offering feedback on the efficiency of the client service process and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering professional and attentive support and guidance on all products and services.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment and handle multiple tasks with organization and attention to detail.
- Capacity to establish positive working relationships with students, faculty, and staff, enhancing our friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Educational Qualifications:
- A certificate or diploma in Customer Service, Communication, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English, Kiswahili, and French, with a minimum DELF B1 diploma in French.
