The son of the man involved in the road rage incident with moto vlogger Yanna has shared an update that they will be filing a case against the vlogger.

Narrative: The Provincial Government of Zambales has officially declared Yanna Moto Vlog persona non grata.  The decision follows numerous complaints regarding the vlogger’s activities in the province, although specific details haven’t been publicly released.  The declaration prohibits Moto Vlog from entering Zambales, except under specific circumstances determined by the provincial government.  Violation of this declaration will be subject to legal penalties.

RESOLUTION NO. 2025-14-69

DECLARING YANNA MOTO VLOG PERSONA NON GRATA IN THE

PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zambales has received numerous complaints regarding the actions and behavior of Yanna Moto Vlog; and

WHEREAS, said actions and behavior have been deemed detrimental to the peace, order, and welfare of the province and its constituents; and

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan finds it necessary to take appropriate action to protect the interests of the province and its people;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zambales, that:

1. Yanna Moto Vlog is hereby declared persona non grata in the Province of Zambales.

2. Yanna Moto Vlog is prohibited from entering the Province of Zambales, except for

legitimate purposes as determined by the Provincial Government.

3. Any violation of this resolution shall be subject to the penalties provided by law.

4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
