26-year-old Dillon Clark of Calcutta, Freeport, drowned along with his 16-year-old cousin Jahkeem Phillip at San Souci Beach, Toco on Sunday April 20th, 2025.

Clark’s body washed ashore, while Phillip remains missing at sea.
