Flamboyant city preacher Rev. Lucy Natasha and her husband Prophet Carmichael’s love story could be likened to the soundtrack of AC Bonifacio’s “Slide into my DMs.”
Natasha chuckles as she recounts how her love story with her Indian husband began on Instagram, where Carmichael persistently wooed her with his “godly rhymes.”
But things were not so easy as it took him two year to break through her DM defenses.
In their marriage, Carmichael does doees just support Rev Natasha—he brings out her “baby girl” side, preferring to call her Tasha instead of the more formal titles such as Oracle.
“He saw Tasha before he saw Rev or Prophetess,” she says.
Though their family plans are on hold, the couple remain hopeful, with Natasha adding, “We have the desire and the prayer; it would be one of the greatest blessings from God,” she adds.

Rev Natasha manages her ministry finances wisely, opting not to take a salary and instead relying on her entrepreneurial ventures, including book writing.
“Like the Garden of Eden had four rivers, I believe in diversifying income streams,” she advises with a smile, emphasizing financial savvy in biblical terms.
When it comes to relationships, Natasha advises against gold diggers, urging women to seek partners interested in their inner riches.
“A gold carrier wants to know what drives you, not just what car you drive,” she quips, adding, “But hey, a nice car doesn’t hurt!”
