Sarah Roberts has broken her silence after her ex-husband James Stewart moved on with their Home and Away colleague Ada Nicodemou.
The actress shared a video on Instagram on Saturday, in which she thanked two friends who “brought her back to life.”
The video shows Sarah drinking wine and laughing with choreographer Danielle Evrat and her partner Ben Miles.
“These two. Brought me back to life. Literally. Put a roof over my head, filled me with wine, cookies, memories, (the best) carbonara (I’ve ever had!), giggles, deep conversations, confidence, a new found zest for life,” she wrote.
“A safe haven on this winding journey. My only regret living with them is not taking enough pictures, but I definitely filled the memory bank to the brim. @danielle_evrat @ben.miles #herestothenextchapter.”
Many of Sarah’s friends and family supported her in the comments.
“It’s really nice to have friends who are like family,” one person said, while another wrote, “So happy for you.”
Sarah’s mother, Sharma De Abrew, also commented: ‘Thank you Ben and Danni for being there at a time when she needed the support most. You are both amazing.’

Sarah’s post came after the romance between her ex-husband James, 48, and Ada, 47, came to light in April.
Ada and James were first thought to be in a relationship after shocking photos emerged of the two meeting in real life on Anzac Day.
The couple enjoyed drinks together at The Royal Hotel and were later spotted getting cosy outside the hotel after leaving the venue.
Since then, the couple has been spotted together several times, both on and off-screen.
The news that James and Ada are getting closer comes after Home and Away alum Sarah confirmed Stellar Magazine In April the couple divorced.
“I just want to say I’m divorced,” she told the publication.

“Sometimes people grow apart and that’s okay… I got to a point where I realized I couldn’t grow in this relationship the way I wanted to.”
Sarah and James married in 2019, after getting engaged in November 2018. He proposed at the restaurant where they had their first date a year earlier.
The couple married in July 2019 at Luttrellstown Castle, on the outskirts of Dublin, Ireland.
Sarah starred in Home and Away from 2017 to 2021, after which she stepped down to focus on her film career.
James still stars in the Australian soap, playing Justin Morgan.
The actor has a daughter Scout, 11, with his ex-fiancée Jessica Marais, whom he met in 2009 on the set of Packed to the Rafters.

They announced their engagement in October 2010 and welcomed Scout in May 2012.
The couple split in 2015, with James later saying, “Our relationship didn’t work out because I think our hearts are all going in different directions at the end of the day.”
Sources claim James and Ada are planning to launch their long-awaited relationship on the red carpet at the 2024 Logie Awards on August 18.
However, the couple also faced rumours of a possible rift in the Home and Away cast when their romance came to light, although the couple have since dismissed those rumours.
Last month, a source close to the actress told Woman’s Day that stars including Ray Meagher and Lynne McGranger are all “keeping an eye on” Ada.
Sources claim the couple are planning their long-awaited relationship red carpet ‘hard launch’ at the 2024 Logie Awards on August 18.
