ST. LOUIS — Two Delta Air Lines flights were diverted over the weekend due to mechanical problems, the FAA reported Monday.
Delta Flight 927, en route from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, to Atlanta, was diverted to St. Louis shortly before noon Saturday due to a cabin pressurization issue, the airline said in a statement.
None of the 148 passengers and six crew members were injured. The passengers were re-routed to Atlanta later Saturday.
Also on Saturday, Delta Flight 1950, en route to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from Atlanta, returned to Atlanta around 12:30 p.m. after the crew reported a possible mechanical problem, the airline said. Passengers were later rerouted to St. Thomas. No one was injured.
According to Delta, they were both Boeing 757-200s.
