Over 50% of the resumes we review resemble the one on the left (a standard veteran non-profit template). Interestingly, it’s the same template I utilized 10 years ago while working for one of the largest veteran non-profits. While both templates are ATS-friendly and can work, the question remains: which one truly catches the eye of employers?
