Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through several channels and achieve sales targets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, prioritizing prospects and maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Responsible for training end users on the handling and using the cleaning products.
- Coordinate product deliveries to clients and ensure follow-up on customer payments, conducting weekly and monthly reconciliation with the account’s office.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular and meaningful communication, demonstrating genuine interest in their needs and concerns.
- Ensure customer feedback is communicated to relevant teams and promptly resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies enhancing customer loyalty, such as personalized follow-ups and proactive support.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma/degree in Business/Marketing/ Industrial Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry or related field.
Experience Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Technical knowledge of cleaning products is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
