Entrepreneur Khalif Kairo, now 27, became a father at the young age of 21, a time when he was still finding his way in life.
Reflecting on his journey as a dad, Khalif has always spoken proudly about his son.
In November 2023, he shared a touching post introducing his son to the public, writing, “My son has been the realest G since day one. Shout out to that little brat wherever he is. Took this picture 4 years ago.”
Khalif Kairo Son’s Custody Battle
Despite his deep love for his son, Khalif Kairo lost custody of his 6-year-old child to his ex-girlfriend, the boy’s mother.
Recently, Khalif shared his experience, saying he took the matter to court, likely thinking his financial support would help him win custody. However, the process was far more complicated than he had anticipated.
Khalif spoke about how draining the legal fight was for both him and his son, saying it took a huge emotional toll on them.
“I swore I would never go to court over custody again. I would rather have razor blades and acid for breakfast,” he said, warning others that custody battles can harm children and advising people to focus on personal growth instead.
Even though he didn’t win, Khalif is still dedicated to being a good father from a distance.
He continues to support his son and hopes that one day, when his child is old enough, he will fully understand the situation.
Khalif also realized that financial stability alone isn’t enough to gain custody if the mother is also capable of caring for the child.
