Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that man gave order to his dog to kill a cat in Rishon Lezion.
Taking to social media, popular Israeli journalist, Michael, shared a video showing moment a dog owner was giving signal to his dog to cats killed.
According to information, cry for arrest is being made by Israelis on Twitter.
