Requirements:

1. Education:
   • KCSE Mean Grade of C Plain
   • B- in both English and Kiswahili
2. Language Skills:
   • Fluent in English and Swahili
   • Additional fluency in Luganda, Kinyarwanda, or Kirundi is an advantage
3. Customer Service Skills:
   • Strong understanding of customer care principles
4. Personality Traits:
   • Friendly, approachable, enthusiastic
   • Strong sense of self-presentation and confidence
