Requirements:
- Education:
- KCSE Mean Grade of C Plain
- B- in both English and Kiswahili
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Additional fluency in Luganda, Kinyarwanda, or Kirundi is an advantage
- Customer Service Skills:
- Strong understanding of customer care principles
- Personality Traits:
- Friendly, approachable, enthusiastic
- Strong sense of self-presentation and confidence
