Former Real Housewives of Orange County student Jeana Keough received some lighthearted backlash after posting a heavily filtered image to her Instagram account on Tuesday, before posting the actual image shortly after.
In the photo, the 68-year-old Bravo alum poses next to reality star/real estate agent Chip McAllister, 66, who previously appeared on CBS’s The Amazing Race.
Keough captioned the image: ‘Chip McCalister Amazing Race season one. And realtor for 10 years. I remember when he first started. So proud of him!’
Kara Keough, 35, Keough’s daughter, wrote in the comments, “Take this down immediately” — one of many responses acknowledging the photo’s filtering.
“Stop that filter, you’re beautiful,” one user said, while another added: “AI has officially taken over.”

Some users suggested that the Milwaukee, Wisconsin reality star was joking with her followers. One user suggested that it “had to be a joke,” while another called it “funny.”
Keough, who works in real estate and has a background in the entertainment industry, later posted an unfiltered photo of herself next to McAllister, to which her daughter Kara responded, “There’s my girl.”
A number of other followers responded in kind to Keough, a former Playboy Playmate who appeared in the music video for the ZZ Top classic Legs.
“I love this photo without filters!” said one user. “You look so good, you have to give yourself credit for that!!”
Another said: ‘You look beautiful in both photos. Don’t let anyone tell you how to post on your OWN page.’
One user said: ‘You look absolutely gorgeous;’ another said: ‘Look, we like this better! Be you, girl;’ while another said: ‘This is the Jeana we like to see.. Gorgeous.’

Keough is also the mother of children Shane and Colton from her marriage to her late ex-husband Matt Keough, a former Major League baseball player who died in 2020 at age 64.
Keough appeared in the first five seasons of Real Housewives Of Orange County starting in 2006 as a full-time cast member, and appeared as a guest in subsequent years. According to iMDbShe appeared in a total of 67 episodes of the Bravo reality series.
Keough appeared in a number of acting roles in the 1980s, appearing in Mel Brooks’ 1981 film History of the World: Part I, and in television series such as TJ Hooker, The A-Team and St. Elsewhere.
Like Keough, McAllister is a native of Orange County, California, with a background in show business. He played the young Muhammad Ali/Cassius Clay in 1977’s The Greatest and appeared in ’80s TV shows including The Facts of Life, Highway to Heaven and Better Days.
He and his wife Kim McAllister won The Amazing Race in 2004.
