This is Mr Sandile Ntshalintshali,  the manager of South African Council for Educators (SACE) Legal and Ethics Department.

When they report, SACE tells them that it is not sexual harassment and closes the case. SACE also makes the ladies sign none disclosure agreements as a way to protect Mr Ntshalintshali. How is SACE safeguarding the professionalism of the profession if it’s protecting managers like Sandile Ntshalintshali? Teachers, see your Council.
