Key Responsibilities:
- •Conducting fieldwork for data collection, including surveys and sample collection.
- •Conducting laboratory experiments to optimize ONT protocols for pathogen de-tection.
- •Utilizing ONT sequencing and bioinformatics tools to analyze genomic data and identify disease pathogens and antimicrobial resistance genes.
- •Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, government officials, and community stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of research find-ings.
- •Participating in training sessions and workshops aimed at building research transla-tion skills and promoting evidence-based policymaking.
