Shannen Doherty tries to secure much-needed spousal support from estranged husband Kurt Iswarienko as her monthly residual income dwindles.

‘Kurt is not ‘just waiting'[ing] for Shannen to die. “He wants the best for Shannen and he wants them both to be able to put this thing behind them and move on,” she said.

She has also collected nearly $160,000 in legal fees and has asked Iswarienko to pay $130,000 toward future fees.

She said in her filing last week: “Most of my residual income comes from a television show called Charmed.

“I recently learned that Charmed will no longer stream on any major streaming platform after June 30, 2024. As a result, my future residual income will drop dramatically.” It was also noted that the television star has not worked since 2022.

Doherty argued in court papers that Kurt has put his lifestyle above all else.

“Although Kurt’s income is substantially greater than mine, he has not made any temporary spousal support payments and has not made any contributions to my attorneys’ or accounting fees and costs since the time our divorce case was filed,” Shannen stated.

It was also noted that Iswarienko did not provide the necessary documents to assess his earning capacity, assets and income.

She then submitted an application for an injunction.

The Hollywood veteran has asked Iswarienko an additional $11,800 for fees she says she paid “in efforts to obtain Kurt’s full answers.”

Doherty shared in the documents, “It is abundantly clear to me that Kurt is deliberately delaying settlement in the hope that I will not survive the divorce proceedings.”

The Charmed alum was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 and underwent a single mastectomy in May 2016. This was followed by chemotherapy treatments and radiotherapy.

In 2017, Doherty announced that her cancer was in remission. But in February 2020, she revealed that the cancer had returned in 2019 and she was in stage four.

Last year, Doherty announced that her cancer had spread to her brain.
