A single gambler had all the required numbers to win the entire $40 million Powerball jackpot on Thursday night.
Although the identity of the lucky winner remains confidential, the winning entry was sold in NSW.
The winning numbers were 32, 1, 30, 11, 23, 17 and 20, with a Powerball of 16.
In addition, 27 winning Division Two tickets were sold, with each lucky winner receiving $26,016.
A further 100 division three winning tickets were sold, with each winner claiming $8,161.
